Subscription details:

The subscription is made from your Apple ID account and renews automatically. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel the subscription.
All subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the paid period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, indicating the cost of the renewal.
Once you purchase a subscription, you can manage it and turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes subscription settings.
