"This powerful tool is designed to streamline the entire lead journey, from initial inquiry to final stage – ensuring that each potential customer receives the finest service.
The Main Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all active leads, allowing DSEs to track the status of each inquiry in real-time. This visibility ensures that no potential lead is overlooked and allows for prompt and targeted follow-ups.
Key Features:
1. Edit Lead: Easily update or correct lead details, ensuring accurate records and better lead management.
2. Move Leads Between Stages: Seamless transition of leads through various stages – Assigned, Opportunity or Booked based on the lead’s progress.
3. Quick Links for Easy Lead Filtration: Access quick links that allow for instant filtration of leads based on important criteria, such as interest level or stage in the buying process.
4. Filter for Leads: Use advanced filters to sort and prioritise leads based on factors like product interest or engagement level, making it easier to focus on high-priority prospects.
5. Today's Notifications: Receive daily notifications about key activities, including assigned test drives, newly assigned leads, scheduled showroom visits and test ride, ensuring you stay informed of all important tasks.
6. Missed Follow-up Lead List: Automatically generate a list of leads that have missed follow-up actions, allowing for timely re-engagement and reducing the chances of lost opportunities.
System Flow:
Capture: When an inquiry arrives – whether online or offline, it is captured and transferred to the DSE by the Digital Desk Executive. Even if the inquiry is deemed a ""junk"", it is stored in the system under the ""Lost"" tab for future reference.
Process: Once the inquiry is in the system, multiple actions can be taken, such as scheduling follow-ups, booking test rides or reserving vehicles. This streamlined process helps boost conversions by ensuring that all potential leads are properly managed.
Move to Functionality: This feature allows DSEs to move leads between different stages within the system. For example, leads can be moved from ""Assigned"" to ""Opportunity"" or ""Booked"", depending on the progress made with the customer.
Opportunity: Select this option when a lead is confirmed as a serious prospect and is likely to visit the dealership for a test ride or further engagement.
Booked: Use this option when the customer has made a partial or full payment for the motorcycle and additional details such as payment status and estimated delivery time need to be recorded.
Lost: If a lead withdraws from the buying process, it can be marked as ""Lost"" to keep the system updated with accurate information."
